Thicken those tracks if you are etching at home, 40 thou min if you can get away with it. No less tha 20 thou. But that is a minimum, make sure you have allowed for the currents...

To be honest, I rarely use the auto routing, it may be good to use it to get an idea as to where to route, but then I would route it manually anyway.
