What does dddd in opcodes means?
Lower case d is used for destination I think. So dddd would be the address of the register used from R16-R31 (was R32) ie 0000 would be R16 etc.

avr-assembling: toggle light
You need a LOOOONG time delay when you toggle the LED not just a NOP! I'm guessing that by toggle you mean flash on and off while the button is pushed.

OK with AS4.18, JTAG Mk2 on Win7 Ultimate 64 bits and a Mega324P (did not have a PA) and just opening the files you provided.
