I am using the built-in UART method to upgrade WINC1500. The entire upgrade process went okay until it reached the certificate update portion. Here is the screen capture:

Found the problem - The old download_all.bat expects parameters to be

::download_all.bat [Mode] (COM)
::  Mode: any of {UART, I2C, OTA}.
:: COM: COM port number of target device (optional).

This particular version I am currently working with has download_all.bat that expects the paramters to be:

:: %1 type of bus
:; %2 type of layout (SAMW25)
:: %3 port number
:: %4 (-B) break command will use port number to send break command
::0 means try to get available port number and if failed will prompt user to enter it

I was using the wrong parameter list.
