Hello I am using SAMD51G18A cpu and I try to flash it with Atmel Ice. I use Openocd as SW tool. I am working on debian. I've dowload Openocd on github to be sure that it support this cpu.

I read this tutorial: https://www.omzlo.com/articles/p...(updated)

I have this openocd.cfg

# Atmel-ICE JTAG/SWD in-circuit debugger.
interface aice

# Chip info
set CHIPNAME samd51g19a
source [find target/atsame5x.cfg]

but I have this error when I started openocd
