memory corruption and heap setup in SAM3x

Hello, 

 

I need to use common system functions which uses heap, so I added the non-sys spec and modified the linker file, attempting to follow this:

In particular I added end = . after the stack section attempting to follow the document.  The problem is I keep get memory corruption for library calls which use the heap, for example floor function messes up random variables.
