USB Mass Storage Class (MSC) is supported by Atmel Studio USB drivers for all ARM MCUs and MPUs ?

Your question doesn't translate into english well.
Atmel's msc solution only works for Atmel devices with USB. Other manufacturers have their own solutions. Reason being the USB hardware is different between manufacturers - this has nothing to do with ARM.
