How connect 16-bit DDR/DDR2 (16bit data bus) to SAMA5D4x?

We want use the SAMA5D41 with a single 16-bit DDR/DDR2 (MT47H128M16).

How is a 16-bit DDR/DDR2 connected with 16bit data bus width to a SAMA5D41? How should the DDR configuration adjusted in comparison with a 32-bit data bus width configuration?

Section 28.7.8 in the datasheet. You should have an Xplained board - try the configuration on it. Failing that, I'd suggest you contact your local Atmel FAE for support.

hi 

u had to set ddr2 in 32bit first and then change it to 16bit manually
