I am developing motor control board with SAM D21 with Display and Touch pad. Now I got new requirement , Ethernet. Is it possible to integrate Ethernet port with SAM D21 ? if yes please advise me which Development board i have to choose ? Any suggestion for TCP/IP stack. My application is just simple motor speed section from http page.

Would it not make sense to choose a part with ethernet on chip? Like a SAM4 series part?
With ethernet, you'll probably want tcp/ip and that likes to have a fair slab of ram. Then you probably want a web page, so that takes a slab of flash. Whilst you can add ethernet to the samd21 using a variety of means - usb->ethernet adapter, ethernet chips like a enc28j60 or something like a wiznet chip/module. Choosing a part with 64+k of ram and 256+k of flash will make your task easier.
Other left of field solutions might be to use a wifi router based module like a Onion Omega and connect the SAMD21 to it via USB. For a hobbyist project, this might give you the best bang for buck as it will probably end up way cheaper than buying a SAM4 dev board and have significantly more processing and memory. Or hack a suitable wireless router that has USB.
