Could not read ARM memory - ARM Cortex M7

I use SWD debugger of SAME70 Xplained with Atmel Studio. I first had "Failed to launch program. Could not activate interface". I reset the MCU. Now I obtain "Could not read ARM memory". I tried chip erase (3.3V on PB12) without success. I tried other example projects. Any suggestions? Many thanks.
