Hi,
I set TC1 to toggle PA05 (W[1]). Normally a Impulse (1 or 0) take 125ns. In my case, every 50-90µs I get a wave with a Time over 1µs (see Picture).
All Interrupts are disabled. I post a short version from my code.
I can´t understand why this happens.
