AT91SAM9G20 software package

I am in search of the AT91SAM9G20/AT91SAM9260 software package.

The atmel-software-package that is obtained from github ( https://github.com/atmelcorp/atmel-software-package ) doesn't contain for above MPU's.

 

Can anyone suggest where can I get the software package for above MPU's?
