I've been trying to contact microchip for weeks now, but their technical support portal gives me an error message and prompts me to try again in 5 minutes.

Has anyone else experienced this? If you used microchip's technical support portal before then please try to log in to see if the problem is only with my account. I've used the portal many times before and I was quite happy with how microchip handled support cases but now I don't have any way of contacting them.

I submitted a case about an hour ago through the portal with no issues. I think you'll have to just keep trying.
