I want to use uart and the data i got the data and transmit to other lora. 

I use excample of "atsamr34_lora_p2p_simple_app-master".  I have transmit but just one bit. 

Can you help me?

Did you successfully get that demo working as-is ?

 

Note that it is a 3rd-party demo.
