Greetings,

I am currently working on a project where the winc1500 is connected to a host MCU (stm32f4) and communicated with over SPI. Which is working fine.

When I am reading the datasheet for winc1500 I find the following sentence regarding the Pin 11 - Wake  - "Host Wake control. Can be used to wake up the module from Doze mode. Current FW implementation makes use of IRQ to wake up the host."

Does this mean, without modifying the current firmware (19.5.4), it does not matter what the state the pin 11 - Wake is?

Currently, I am have written it to high just because CHIP_EN, RESET, and VDDIO are high during runtime.

Best regards,

0x80.

You have posted your question on the Microchip site supporting the AVR product lines. Please ask your questions on either the winc1500 or stm32f4 company pages.
