Hi All

I am working on a new design and would like to add an wireless module that use the AT86RF233 with any microcontroller.

I have previous RF projects that used AT86RF233 with lightmesh stack, and my new design has to be compatible with that.

The preference would be to use module so it's certified. Ideally with external antenna port, instead of making a new design and having it tested for certification.

I had a look on the website but they seem to no longer be available and there are new modules with a embedded antenna and RF test port .

What is the situation with these Zigbit modules? Any suggestions? Could I use the test port to connect to a external antenna?

Thanks

DJ

Thanks

Regards

Dj,

From the website i understood that only the dual mode Zigbit is no longer available for sale, however all other zigbits are still i production!! and can be bought on Microchip direct website.

From the webiste  https://www.microchip.com/design-centers/wireless-connectivity/red-frequently-asked-questions  Microchip is planning and in the process of RED certifying the zigbit boards, the part number starting with  ATZB  are zigbit boards
