Not able to read the device signature.(SAM4E)

Hello,

  I am getting the below error when I try to read the device signature. Please find below the details. I am new to this device.

Unable to enter programming mode.

Please verify device selection, interface settings, target power, security bit, and connections to the target device. Look in the details section for more information.

Unexpected Extended Chip Identifier 0x00120209 (expected 0x00110209).

Unable to enter programming mode. Verify device selection, interface settings, target power, security bit, and connections to the target device.

 

Tool - ATMEL Studio 7

Controller - ATSAM4E8CA

Debugger/Programmer - ATMEL-ICE

 

Please help me in solving this issue.
